Generally the best time to reach me via phone would be;
Mon – Thurs. 10AM-5PM EST
Fri – Sun Closed (Closed on all Holidays)
Can you be contacted outside of business hours

Yes. If I am available I will answer your phone calls & e-mails immediately. If not I will get back to you A.S.A.P.

TIP: You can always leave a voicemail. You will receive a call back or e-mail reply within 72 hours.
Do you work with clients only in Raleigh/North Carolina?

Billing FAQs

Do you accept payment arrangements?

Yes. Allowed payment arrangements are as follows:

1st Payment: equal to or greater than 50% of Total Invoice
Additional Payments: Can be made at any time.
Final Payment: must be made prior to migration of the final product from my server to yours.

Do you accept western union/money gram payments?
Yes. See your invoice for form and account information.

Services FAQs

When Does My 30 Days Start?

Maintenance: Your 30days start when your 1st request is made. Development: Your 09 days start when your site is live on your server/when final files have been sent.

How Long before music goes live?

For most stores music goes live in 24-72 business hours or 1-3 business days.

Spotify is 48-72 business hours or 2-3 business days.

Unfortunately ever store is different and it make take up to 90 days for all stores update.

How do I create a support ticket?

You must have a support account if you did not receive your login info please send an e-mail to support[at]germainemills.com.

1) Go to https://www.germainemills.com/support/create-new-ticket/
2) Select Your Category — ie. WordPress Request
3) Enter a Subject for your Ticket — ie. Install Disqus Comment Plugin
4) Enter a Description & Additional Details — ie. link to plugin page/file etc..
5) Submit
